اقدام فوری سازمان ملل برای توقف حمله به مراکز درمانی و آموزشی
دکتر سید علیرضا مرندی در نامهای خطاب به آنتونیو گوترش، دبیرکل سازمان ملل متحد، با ابراز نگرانی و اعتراض شدید نسبت به حملات علیه مراکز غیرنظامی از جمله بیمارستانها و مدارس، خواستار اقدام فوری و صریح سازمان ملل برای محکومیت این اقدامات و پیگیری حقوقی عاملان آن شد.

با ابراز تاسف، نگرانی و اعتراض شدید از ادامه حملات رژیم نژاد پرست اسرائیل و ایالات متحده آمریکا که هر روز ابعاد غیر انسانی آن، مراکز غیر نظامی از جمله مدارس، اماکن مسکونی و بیمارستان ها را به گونه ای فزاینده در بر می گیرد، بر ضرورت اقدام هر چه سریع تر و صریح تر از سوی آن مقام مسئول بین المللی تاکید می کنیم.
ما بخشی از این جسارت دشمنان جنایتکار را ناشی از سکوت سوال برانگیز سازمانهای بین المللی می دانیم و این بی اقدامی را به شدت محکوم می کنیم.

قبل از این که این سیاست بی پاسخی نسبت به موارد آشکار نقض قوانین بین الملل بشر دوستانه، به عنوان خیانت به بنیادی ترین ارزش های انسانی سازمانهای بین الملل در تاریخ این روزهای حساس برای همیشه ثبت شود، تحرک لازم و عاجل برای هر اقدام موثری جهت متوقف کردن این اقدامات غیر انسانی را بخرج دهید.
هدف قرار دادن بیماران، کادر درمان و کودکان بیگناه در پناهگاههای امنی همچون بیمارستانها و مدارس، مصداق جنایت علیه بشریت و نقض آشکار تمامی اصول اخلاقی و انسانی است که سازمان ملل متحد و سازمانهای مرتبط با آن، برای پاسداشت آنها تلاش میکنند.
ما قویا از آن سازمان به عنوان مدافع حقوق بشری در جهان، در خواست می کنیم تا از تمامی نفوذ و اختیارات خود برای موارد زیر استفاده کند:
1. محکومیت صریح، شدید و هر چه سریع تر این اقدامات؛
2. فراخوانی شورای امنیت سازمان ملل و نهادهای بینالمللی برای به دست عدالت سپردن عاملان این جنایات؛
۳. تقویت تعهد مجدد جامعه جهانی نسبت به مصونیت کامل زیرساختهای آموزشی و بهداشتی؛
جهان باید این اعمال شنیع را محکوم کند و تضمین نماید که غیر نظامیان، کودکان و بیماران، صرفنظر از هرگونه مناقشهای، از حق اساسی خود برای زندگی، سلامت و یادگیری برخوردار شوند.

It is with deep regret, concern, and strong protest regarding the continued attacks by the apartheid regime of Israel and the United States of America, whose inhumane dimensions increasingly target civilian centers, including schools, residential areas, and hospitals. We emphasize the necessity of swift and unequivocal action by you, as the responsible international authority.
We consider that part of the audacity of these criminal enemies stems from the questionable silence of international organizations, and we strongly condemn this inaction.
Mr. Secretary-General,
Before this policy of silence towards clear violations of international humanitarian law is forever recorded in the history of these sensitive times as a betrayal of the most fundamental human values of international organizations, please take the necessary and urgent action for any effective measure to halt these inhumane acts.
Targeting patients, medical staff, and innocent children in safe havens such as hospitals and schools constitutes a crime against humanity and a clear violation of all ethical and human principles that the United Nations and its affiliated organizations strive to uphold.
We strongly urge your organization, as the defender of human rights in the world, to use all its influence and authority to achieve the following:
1. An explicit, strong, and swift condemnation of these actions;
2. Convening the United Nations Security Council and international bodies to bring the perpetrators of these crimes to justice;
3. Reinforcing the renewed commitment of the international community to the complete immunity of educational and healthcare infrastructure.
The world must condemn these heinous acts and ensure that civilians, children, and patients, regardless of any conflict, enjoy their fundamental right to life, health, and learning .
